Hello there,
This is my first time utilizing this forum page. I would like to inquire about the online intake document. It seems that all a majority of the information on the document is needed before it will save. It is a bit frustrating to use because at this point I only have partial information. I would like to ask if there is a way to save progress and go back at a later time to complete the document?
And in relation, I would like to ask if you are near completion in completing the printable version of the intake form?
I am not to sure how to receive an answer so i will assume i need to check back on this site in a day or two for a reply.
